These terms and conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between NUJTECH Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited herein referred as “NUJTECH” and its clients for the provision of software development services
Project Scope and Deliverables
The project scope and deliverables will be clearly defined in a written agreement between NUJTECH and the client. This agreement will outline the services to be provided, timelines, costs, and acceptance criteria.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement. NUJTECH typically requires a down payment upon commencement of the project and progress payments based on milestones achieved
Intellectual Property
NUJTECH retains ownership of all intellectual property developed during the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients own the rights to the final software application developed for their specific needs.
Warranties and Disclaimers
NUJTECH warrants that the software application will be developed with industry-standard best practices and will function according to the agreed-upon specifications. However, NUJTECH cannot guarantee that the software will be error-free or completely meet all client expectations.
Confidentiality
NUJTECH and the client agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the project confidential.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for cause with written notice. In the event of termination, provisions regarding payment, ownership of intellectual property, and confidentiality will still apply.
