Dispute Resolution

  1. Notice of Dispute: The party claiming a dispute shall provide written notice to the other party outlining the nature of the dispute and the desired resolution. This notice should be sent via registered post or a reliable courier service with a delivery confirmation.
  2. Mediation: Before resorting to litigation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation conducted by a mutually agreeable neutral third party. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties.
  3. Litigation: If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days of commencement, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra. The prevailing party in any litigation shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the non-prevailing party.
